Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare products and for health and hygiene reasons, DripNeedle Med Spa does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any products.

We take great care to ensure that every product is shipped in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email address below and include a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged during shipping or you received an incorrect item, please email us at vperrine31@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to: change of mind, skin sensitivity or reaction, product dissatisfaction, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
